Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping

  • All orders are shipped from Jakarta, Indonesia.
  • Orders placed online are typically processed within 2-3 business days. 
  • We do not ship on weekends and Indonesian public holidays.
  • Shipping time may vary depending on the destination.
  • We offer worldwide shipping and the fee will be calculated at the checkout page.
  • A tracking link directing you to the shipper’s portal will be sent to you via email once your order has shipped.

Returns

  • We only accept returns for manufacturer defects and incorrect items. Returns are given in exchange for the same item or the correct one.
  • The item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Please contact us within 2 days (2x24 hours) of receiving your item (calculated from the time the courier dropped the goods at your address).
  • When you contact us, please include details of the order and the reason for your return.
  • In the case of faulty/incorrect/damaged item(s), we will cover the return shipping charges. If a return is made for other reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • It will take up to 7-10 days for us to process a return request. If it has been more than 30 days, please contact us with the details of your return request.

Tax and Duties

  • All shipments destined outside of Indonesia are entitled to import taxes and duty fees.
  • International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties, which may be applied by customs at the destination country and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient.
  • We have no control over this and can not be held responsible for any of these fees or taxes, and are not responsible for any actions taken by customs on your package during delivery.
